Buffalo/Pepin County Teen Court panel members conducting a hearing virtual on February 22, 2023 due to inclement weather. The panelists used principles and practices of restorative justice to learn more about the disorderly conduct incident and find ways to make the situation right again. Youth considered ways to repair relationships that were damaged and improve the skills of the youth with a violation. Teen court members that participated in the hearing were Julia Moats, Sofia Sandberg, and Claire Goeldner.
